I am a Republican and my concern is not on education. It is not because I do not care about the education in America, but I realize it is not going to change. It is only going to get worse. They use my money (through property taxes) to find all of their trash. I am taking control of my children’s education by homeschooling. I suggest that all Christian parents need to do this instead of wasting their time bombarding board of education meetings. You may not get your money back ( from your property taxes), but you will be able to protect your children, spend time with your children, and learn together with your children. It is so rewarding!! You are your child’s first teacher!! If you teach them God’s Word when they see the world’s wretched world view, they will know the truth and cling to the the Lord Jesus who opens eyes, ears, and hearts.
