Robert Meyer is a hardy soul who hails from the Cheesehead country of the upper midwest. Robert is known by his opponents as a “clever rhetorician” who often exposes the fallacies of knee-jerk arguments presented in local papers and writes for Renew America. Seeking to develop precepts for every aspect of life — based on a conservative Christian worldview — Robert often gleans inspiration from looking off his back deck, over the scenic Fox river and recalling the wise counsel of those who mentored him.
Either we have a very real enemy or the Bible is wrong. Well, we know the truth, and we are seeing the manifestation of evil throughout our culture on a daily basis. One problem is too many people would rather live in denial, ignore the darkness for as long as possible, and hide their light under a table.
Today we catch up with Robert Meyer of Renew America.
17 The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost. 18 I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues which are written in this book; 19 and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his part from the tree of life and from the holy city, which are written in this book. Revelation 22:17-19
