It is interesting how two people can look at the same set of facts but come to two completely different conclusions about those facts. Case in point: The Grand Canyon in the United States. Atheists and evolutionists point to it as their “proof” of evolution and the lack of a Creator. Christians see it as a magnificent testimony to the truth of the Bible regarding the story of creation by God.
Obviously only one of these opinions can be truth, and we of course know which one it is: God created the heavens and the earth and reshaped it by a great flood, then He gave us a look at His magnificence.
Is the flood ground zero in the debate between Christians and evolutionists? Joining us for a biblical, logical, and scientific perspective is Jay Seegert of The Creation Education Center. Jay speaks at conferences around the world bringing light to how credible science actually confirms, rather than refuting the truth of the Bible.
For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and they did not understand until the flood came and took them all away; so will the coming of the Son of Man be. Matthew 24:38-39
…because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. 20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. Romans 1:19-20
nor is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, since He Himself gives to all people life and breath and all things; 26 and He made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation, Acts 17:25-26
