Cults, deceptions, satanism, and the supernatural. Where do we start? How about in the Christian church? We are warned to come out from among them and be separate. Most of us would admit that the increasing spiritual darkness today goes hand in hand with the landslide of immorality and rebellion against God. Interest in demons, the occult, witchcraft, and the paranormal have never been so high.
We expect these things to be popular in secular and pagan societies, and among those who don’t know God. But what we are seeing more and more is the church opening up its door to one or more of these deceptions. We must stop giving the enemy a foothold! This goes beyond false teachings – although sound doctrine is of utmost importance to Christians. We’re talking about the the reality of the demonic realm; about spiritual warfare.
