Student Says She Was Told Not to Discuss Her School’s ‘Equity Survey’ With Her Parents

A Minnesota public school student testified before her local school board this week that she’d been instructed not to talk to her parents about an “equity survey” that had been handed out in her class.

According to Bizpac Review, the survey was conducted as part of an $80,000 study on “racial inequities” conducted by the left-wing Equity Alliance Minnesota and commissioned by the Sartell-St. Stephen School District in northern Minnesota.

Fourth-grader Haylee Yasgar, one of the students asked to fill out the survey, testified during a recent school board meeting that her teacher at the time advised her and other students not to discuss the survey with their parents, a guidance that made her feel “uncomfortable.”
